1.Discovery
Reach out and request a quote by phone, email, or complete the web form on our website.
2.Consultation
10-15 minute phone call to discuss scope of work, timeframe, general budget, and next steps.
3.Scheduling
Sign our design & development agreement and book a date to meet in person onsite.
4.Site Visit
Measure, photograph, and walkthrough the space. Discuss initial ideas for finishes and design style.
5.Design
Our in-house designer prepares a mood board and drawings such as: floorplans, elevations, and 3D snapshots if applicable.
6.Selections
Determine finishes such as: flooring, paint color, cabinetry, countertops, tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and hardware.
7.PRoposal
Detailed and fixed price proposal with project timeline. The client signs and approves the document and a down payment is collected.
8.Management
We take care of ordering materials, site prep, and scheduling installations. A customer portal is utilized to communicate, view documents, and track project status.
9. Execution
Once everything is prepared, your remodel official begins and is completed to the highest professional standards by in house carpenters and licensed trade partners.
